1. What Iceberg Mind provides

Iceberg Mind publishes the Iceberg Letter, a weekly Friday newsletter for men. The letter delivers one practical step every Friday at no cost. Step Zero is an optional private baseline check you can take before your first letter or skip entirely.

2. Educational content, not medical advice

Iceberg Letter is educational content, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Step Zero is an optional self-awareness baseline and does not provide clinical diagnosis. Nothing in the letter is a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

3. Crisis is not what this is for

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country. Iceberg Letter is not designed for acute crisis intervention.

4. Free access

Iceberg Letter is free for as long as you want to read it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any letter. We may occasionally update the format or cadence, but the core promise — one practical step every Friday at no cost — stays the same.

5. No paid plans right now

Iceberg Mind does not currently sell paid subscriptions, paid plans, or paid downloads. If that changes later, the pricing and terms will be updated before anyone is asked to pay.

6. Refunds

Because Iceberg Mind does not currently charge for the Iceberg Letter or Step Zero, there are no payments to refund.

7. Payments

Iceberg Mind does not collect payment details right now.

8. Liability

Iceberg Mind is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for outcomes — positive or negative — that follow from reading the letter or applying its suggestions. You are an adult making your own decisions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where relevant, communicated by email. Continued use of the Iceberg Letter after an update means you accept the revised terms.
