Refund Policy

14-day guarantee on the Full Letter

If the Full Letter isn't worth it for any reason, email hello@icebergmind.app within 14 days of your first charge. You will receive a full refund within 48 hours. No forms, no exit interviews, no friction. This applies to both the founder annual price ($79/year) and the monthly plan ($9/month), and covers the first charge only.

After 14 days

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time, and your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your account or by emailing hello@icebergmind.app. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current month is not pro-rated.

Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the price you were charged on signup, unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you started on the founder price, your renewal stays at the founder price for as long as your subscription is active and uninterrupted.

Free Letter

The Free Letter is, well, free. There is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any letter.

Step Zero

Step Zero is free and optional. There is nothing to refund.
